    Here you go Barbara:

    BEEF BROTH JIGGLERS:

    1 can beef broth (low sodium is good)
    2 packets Knox unflavoured gelatine

    Add water to beef broth to make a total 2 cups liquid. Pour ½ cup liquid into a bowl and sprinkle Knox gelatine on top and let dissolve for 5 minutes. Heat remaining liquid to a boil. Stir boiling liquid into softened gelatine and stir until dissolved and mixed. Pour this into a 7x11 pan sprayed with Pam. Chill in refrigerator until set (about 3 hours). Cut into cubes or dog-bone shapes. I suppose humans can eat this, too!

    *To make this recipe less "rich", still use 1 can broth but enough water to make 3 cups liquid and add one more packet of gelatine. (1 packet of Knox sets 1 cup of liquid)
